Stakeholders Validation Team
A Stakeholders Validation Team (SVT) comprised of representative stakeholders of our school and community is being established to help ensure fidelity to the Standards and Objectives established by MSD during our recent accreditation by Middle States and CEASD (Conference of Educational Administrators of Schools and Programs for the Deaf) in 2011.
SVT will have electronic meetings throughout the year as well as two meetings on MSD’s campuses. The purpose of the team is to monitor progress toward meeting our Objectives by 2018. SVT will look at data and information related to the 12 standards as well as MSD’s four Student Performance Objectives to validate that we are reaching our goals. The team will serve as internal auditors to help prepare MSD for the mid-cycle review in the 2014-2015 school year as well as ensure the school is on track to meet the objectives by 2018.
